Sandy was the second realtor we had. Our first one (from a different company) didn’t work out for us.

My property had several problems with it and Sandy was able to help navigate us through everything.

This was an unusual sale as I had to deal with squatters in there that caused damage to the home.

Sandy would return my calls and text messages all with in a 24 he period, usually it was within 5 minutes.

She advised me on many things, encouraged me into sticking with a deal that I thought was going to fail. I’m writing this recommendation the very next day after the funds were transferred into my account. Our business has been included, and with all the headaches and constant calls and text messages and freak-outs I had she kept me calm and my head on straight.

We will be using her again next spring when my girlfriend sells her house.

I am grateful for everything she did and her percentage was HALF of what the previous realtor was charging me.
